Editor's note: 2011 marks the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The International Department of the CPC Central Committee has conducted new types of party-to-party exchanges and cooperation in an effort to promote the development of state-to-state relations. This year, several large-scale political party forums, thematic briefings and other activities were held or undertaken by the department, which show great effort in trying to display a democratic, progressive, open and innovative image to the international community. China-Arab/Africa Co-op Forum opens The second China-Arab/Africa Medium and Small Businesses Cooperation Forum was unveiled in Weifang, east China's Shandong province Tuesday.
